26-year-old Erin Burns resides in Orlando, FL. She is a 2020 graduate of Dean College with a BA majoring in Dance with a Performance and Choreography concentration. Aside from Dean, she has also trained at Boston Conservatory and Broadway Dance Center. Her dance training consists of ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, pointe, modern techniques, musical theatre, and pro cheer over the course of 24 years.
She’s also an experienced vocalist. Credits include: Curtains (Featured Ensemblist), Footloose, (Featured Ensemblist) Catch Me If You Can (Nellie/Featured Ensemblist), Hairspray (Shelley), Wonderful Town (Principal Dancer), Guys and Dolls (Hot Box Dancer) and various dance concerts at her college (Dancer/Choreographer)
Additionally, Erin is a published author of her book, “The Role of Dance in Musical Theatre”, has taught dance to all ages and levels, and was offered an internship with the Creative Movement program at The Boston Ballet School.
Erin has been a pro cheerleader for two championship obtaining sports teams (the MLL Boston Cannons and IFL Massachusetts Pirates), and was the founder/coach of the 2021 MASL Florida Tropics Cheerleaders.
Erin has done princess and mermaid performance under three companies (Everlasting Characters and Events, Tampa Princess Company, and is currently with Golden Tiara Princess Parties).
Her theme park entertainment career began as a dancer at ZooTampa during their "Creatures of the Night" festivities. She then performed at Legoland in Peppa Pig Theme Park's main stage show as the lead singer/actor Charlie. Most recently, Erin has landed dancer roles in the 2022, 2023, and 2024 (Dance Captain) casts of Universal's Holiday Parade Featuring Macy's, and was a M3gan dancer in Universal's 32nd Halloween Horror Nights. Other recent performing endeavors include SeaWorld's 2023 Spooktacular and Universal's 2025 Mardi Gras Parade.
Currently, she is the captain of NAL's four-time winning League's Best Dance Team, the Orlando Predators Prowlers, and is an underwater performer at SeaWorld.
